A Team Dedicated to Service and Providing

Culturally Specific Care

Our Services

  • This is a new initiative for police departments in the state, and the development, roll-out, and integration of these new wellness initiatives require care and consideration. Our current experiences providing wellness checks and additional services to other law enforcement agencies revealed a few elements that must be inherent to an efficient and competent wellness initiative. Given the recency of this initiative, our practices and procedures will adhere to the wellness check guidelines set forth in the final revision (April 2023) of the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police, Officer Wellness Committee.

  • Our First Responder Partner Program was developed to meet the needs of frontline workers and the communities/districts that employ them.

We aim to provide consultation to support your organization’s efforts in preventing and addressing the mental health and wellness concerns associated with prolonged exposure to traumatic incidents within the frontline profession.

    Some of our current consultation

work has supported teams in these areas:

    • Building wellness programs and developing policy.

    • Wellness Education/Training

    • Resilience Workshops

    • Family/Spouse Workshops

    • New Hire Orientation on Mental Health and Resilience Police/Fire

    • Peer Support Team Education/Training

  • Our team’s professional and personal experiences as part of the Frontline Community equip us to provide culturally appropriate support and therapy for individuals, couples, children, and families seeking mental health services and counseling.

  • In addition to supporting organizations with their annual wellness checks, we also support their education and training on wellness.

This includes helping organizations develop/expand their wellness programs, whether that be creating policies and procedures around wellness, providing wellness checks, or educating/training new staff on preventative wellness initiatives and resources.

Our work is tailored to what your team needs most.

  • Our Resilience Workshops have expanded to include:

    • Individualized and Therapist-led workshops for families, Spouses, Kids, and Frontline Workers.

    • New Hire Orientation to expand mental health awareness, mind/body connection, and resilience building.

    • Peer Support Team Work for internal work training on wellness initiatives and with their own mental well-being and debriefing.

    • Speaking engagements within the community on the importance of resilience, education, and supportive resources.

Community Support & Partnerships

Our team is both thankful and appreciative for all the opportunities we have had and continue to have with those in part and support of the frontline community and their families. Our work has just begun, and we’re excited about the new connections we’ll make in building upon a legacy of honor and support.
